The idea for this newsletter was conceived after we realized that while we would like to visit with all of our clients and friends on a regular basis, the accelerating pace and increasing demands of the healthcare industry are producing heavily overloaded schedules and workloads.  And the last thing we want is to be perceived as an imposition. 

Thus we launched the Coffee Break, hoping that once in a while you will share your coffee break with us to discuss relevant issues and do a bit of creative problem-solving.  We hope you will find our case histories of interest, and that the report will come as a brief, welcome break in your day.
